Altaya Properties, LLC is properties investment and management firm that operates, primarily, in Bozeman, Montana.

What We Do

Altaya Properties, LLC makes available, for rental and resale, certain properties in its own property portfolio. We are not a traditional property management company, in that we do not manage properties other than those that we own. 

By managing only our own properties, we can work more closely with our customers and tenants to provide the housing you are looking for and work more directly to accommodate your special needs and circumstances.

Location, Location, Location...

All of our beautiful properties are located within minutes (by foot) of the new 100-acre Gallatin Regional Park. This new central recreation area will offer lakes, walking trails, athletic fields, picnic areas, a skate park, an amphitheater and much more! (click for a larger view).

Additionally, all of our properties are located on the northwest side of town (north of main and west of 19th). This location affords fast access to west main street (the site of the new mall, Rosauer's, cinemas, etc.) as well as being only minutes from all the new retail located along 19th (Costco, Target, Staples, Lowe's, Smith's PetSmart, Bed Bath & Beyond, World Market, Sportsman's Warehouse) and plenty of fine dining in every direction.

Both Bridger Bowl (20 minutes) and Big Sky (45 minutes) ski areas are within easy reach, as is Yellowstone Park and outstanding hunting and fishing throughout the region. Located only minutes away from multiple access ramps to I-90 and from Highways 84, 86 and 191, you'll be able to head out, fast, for your recreation and travels.
