Altaya Properties is a real estate investment and development firm.
We actively evaluate real estate investment opportunities as well as construction and development projects and, once we have identified opportunities with attractive characteristics, we may pursue these investments either for our own portfolio or in cooperation with, or on behalf of, our various clients and partners.
We also work with clients to manage and optimize returns from their real estate portfolios and manage properties both within our own portfolio and on behalf of our clients consisting of all types of real estate assets.
Investment
We invest for our own portfolio and in collaboration with partners and clients. We evaluate and pursue opportunities in residential, commercial and mixed use real estate.
We are now expanding our investment portfolio to include fractional investments through our partner HomeStakes.
Development
We have broad experience in development and construction of both residential and commercial projects.
From single and multi-family residential, for either owner occupants or rental investors, to multi-unit retail, theater & entertainment complexes and restaurants – we bring the same best practices, fiscal discipline and timeliness to all of our projects.
Collaborations
We have partnered with HomeStakes to invest alongside them in new real estate opportunities.
They offer the opportunity to own between 1% and 20% of each of their investments. While they are focused on fractional investing in short term rentals as of now, they plan to expand to fractional investing in multi-family and single family. Check them out for more info here.
